Preparation Stations are available for 1-10 cars/trucks, Down Draft Or Above Ground:

The Prep Station is available in three styles: Drive-On Downdraft, Drive-Thru Downdraft, and Drive-Thru Semi-Downdraft. Platforms are available for shops not equipped for pit excavation. All are available in any Voltage or Size.

Exhaust System:

Re-circulating exhaust dampers have manual control and allow the operator to switch from air re-circulation to air exhaust during sanding and prepping.

Heavy-duty 3-HP motor for added shop safety and performance.

High efficiency 30" non-sparking fan. High tech design for noise control (DB) rated for 10,000 CFM.

Collection bag filter cabinet.

Three Stages of Filtration protects the opperator from dust and overspray contamination: Overhead Filters: Ensure clean air intake. Central Filtration Chamber: For high-density ultra fine bag filters. Roll Filter Media: At floor level to collect larger dust particles.

Lighting:

Sufficient number of fluorescent light fixtures provides Maximum Lighting.

BOOTH OPTIONS:

Exhaust, optional top or rear - customer to specify. Cartridge Collectors - a self cleaning system.
